Is frequent the tension pneumothorax in endoscopy?

ABSTRACT
Report the case of a female patient of 48 years old who presented right tension pneumothorax after to Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography and required mechanical ventilation and admission to intensive care unit for hemodynamic instability. We do a review of the literature about tension pneumothorax secondary to endoscopic process.
