ABSTRACT
Between the neurocutaneous disorders a great majority has cutaneous expression as a plus sign of the disease, but their clinical and neuroradiological characteristics allow us to elaborate diagnoses criteria. In addition, genomic alterations of different chromosomes exist that give origin them and that will allow in a future a possible therapeutic approach. In this information the clinical characteristics, radiological and molecular are point out of the neurocutaneous syndromes more frequent.
