ABSTRACT
Breast cancer is one of
the most common cancers
occurring during pregnancy.
As more women postpone child
bearing until later in life, it is
expected that this pathology
will become increasingly
common. Diagnosis, treatment
and prognosis of women with
gestational breast cancer is
similar to that of the general
population. This article will
review the current literature
with emphasis on the description
and diagnosis of this cancer.
