ABSTRACT
Case report: A female patient of 66 years old is analyzed with a history of breast cancer, which consulted by gradual reduction of vision in both eyes. The serous retinal detachment was defined as elevation of the retina due to accumulation of sub- retinal fluid in the absence of rupture of significant retinal or vitreous traction , being more frequent is the rhegmatogenous type that is by breaking it, while the Serous type as presented is very rare case and its pathophysiology involves the breakdown of the blood- retina barrier which can be produced by a variety of ocular or systemic disease, so that their study should be comprehensive and treatment aimed at correcting the cause.REFERENCES
