ABSTRACT
Diabetes mellitus is a systemic
disease that has a lot of
implications in different organs
of the human body, including
feet. Infections in diabetic
foot are really common and
need a specific management,
depending on the severity of the
lesions (form mild to severe)
in order to prevent further
complications. The first line of
treatment includes antibiotics;
the selection of it depends on
the feature of the patient.
