ABSTRACT
Kikuchi–Fujimoto disease or histiocytic necrotizing lymphadenitis without granulocytic infiltration it was to describe in 1972. It’s a Strange and benign disease. It dresses and makes up for a role for growth of lymphatic cervical ganglions frequently painful, fever with night perspiration and general malaise. The etiologic of the illness is not clear; it is outlined immune answer in the presence of someone infect and autoimmune similar to the SLE. We present a clinical case of 40-years, woman half-breed whose diagnosis corroborated with study histological of one of the ganglions and your possible association in the same thing with SLE when having some criterions it dragged from making 5 years. It reports for the medical community and with educational end.
