ABSTRACT
Endometriosis is one of the gynaecological conditions that affect women’s quality of life, having a negative impact on their couple, family, professional and reproductive relationships. We present a case that we consider unusual, as the condition was developed by a middle-age woman in an uncommon location. Other singular aspect is that no spot of endometriosis was found in the abdominal cavity during the laparoscopy.
