ABSTRACT
The situation of Nursing is “a shared life experience where the nurse joins in the life process of the person cared for.” It comes through a narrative in which the nurse presents his experience of a significant relationship that allows him to reflect on his actions, feelings, values and goals, and above all reflects the shared professional vision of patient care. The traditional nursing clinical case presents a static and incomplete picture, whereas with this new way, the nursing situation can display a dynamic and interactive portrait showing the presence of the nurse alongside his subjects of care. The present case describes the experience of a nurse providing care to her mother affected by breast cancer. This experience is analyzed from the theory of Jean Watson Caring through 10 Clinical Care Processes.REFERENCES
