ABSTRACT
The frontal sinus fractures are relatively rare, 5 to 15% of all facial fractures. Men represent 88% of the frontal sinus
fractures. Occur with high-energy mechanisms. Computed tomography is considered the standard for all the frontal
sinus fracture. The management of fractures of the frontal sinus must be identified and addressed in team with other
specialties, although remains controversial his surgical treatment, this must be done in specific cases with suspicion,
malfunction or injury to the nasofrontal duct, fracture of the anterior wall that interrupts the facial contour, fracture
comminuted or displaced of the posterior wall or associated with leakage of cerebrospinal fluid. We present the case
of a 16 years old patient with fracture of the anterior and posterior table of frontal sinus.
