ABSTRACT
The primary tumours of the heart are very strange, around 25% are malignant and of them the sarcomas are the most frequent. We present a 63-years-old patient with right auricle tumour and metastasis lesions in pericardium and lungs. Severe pericardial effusion debuts and heart failure, very torpid evolution, and fatal outcome.
