Training of new bone and ankylosing spondylitis

ABSTRACT
The training of new bone in the ankylosing spondylitis is one of the subjects of greater interest in the pathogeny of the illness and to the cual has loaned him big attention in the transcurso of the last years, revolutionised the initial opinion of the pathogeny of the illness and that the treatment of the inflammation of the entesis with the anti TNF would attain the control of the training of new bone (sindesmofitos and the anquilosis osseous) that produces in the ankylosing spondylitis. It is real and is showed that the treatment with anti TNF practically attain to control the process inflamatorio, but does not occur the same with the training of new bone in the espondilitis anquilosante.
