ABSTRACT
Adenomectomy is the surgical resection of the prostate adenoma. It is not uncommon urinary incontinence post adenomectomy, varying the prevalencia rates among 5-60%. They are a group of factors of risk that impact in this pathology type. The therapeutically scale insist in begin with conservative treatments and generally don't include medications neither surgeries. A clinical case, a 64 years old masculine patient with urinary incontinence post adenomectomy, is presented. The rehabilitative treatment included: magnetotherapy, stimulate electrotherapy for patches and anal intracavitaria, pelvic floor exercises, changes of habits and customs, as well as psychological support. It was evaluated by internationally validated objective tests (test of the compress of 1 hour, daily miccional, and test of quality of life) that evidenced the evolutionary improvement. Now the patient is carrying out her personal, family and social activities without difficulty. It was achieved urinary continence and social activities.
