Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Update, advantages of its diagnosis and treatment

ABSTRACT

In reproductive medicine OHSS is one of the most severe complications that need to be minimized or completely eliminated in assisted reproductive techniques (ART). Recognized as a iatrogenic event due to the controlled ovarian hyperstimulation induced to achieve a pregnancy. The prevention, treatment and early diagnosis are the goals of this manuscript.
