Adrenal incidentaloma. Case report and literature review

ABSTRACT
The prevalence of adrenal incidentaloma by ultrasonography is 0.1% compared to 1.9% by computed tomography. Adrenal incidentaloma produces hormones in 15% of cases. In this report we present the approach to this pathology with a clinical case.
