Postular psoriasis. A case report

ABSTRACT

Psoriasis is a chronic disease, its etiology isn’t well known, but is characterized by a shortening of the cell cycle and alterations on maturation of keratinocytes. Psoriasis has many clinical forms, psoriasis vulgaris is the most common, and the pustular psoriasis is the less one. In this variety, the pustules are the predominant lessons, and it may be localized or generalized. Moreover, in some cases (more frequent in pustular psoriasis), there is a joint involve associated. We report the case of a 34 years old male patient, with diagnosis of pustular psoriasis and spondyloarthropathy.
