ABSTRACT
Granuloma annulare (GA) is a benign inflammatory dermatosis whose precise etiology is still unknown. It has been
associated with multiple factors and have been described four clinical variants being the localized form the most commonly found. We report a case of a female patient with a localized form with atypical morphology and iatrotropic response.
