ABSTRACT
A 55 years old female patient with syncopal episodes during 15 year was presented. She had the electrocardiographic pattern type I in V1, V2 and Brugada syndrome was diagnosed. An automatic defibrillator was implanted. In the follow-up she suffered three syncopes, one of them with sphincter relaxation. A unique event of ventricular fibrillation was detected in the electrogram of the device. Risk stratification of Brugada syndrome female patients is discussed.
