A quantitative and qualitative case series study of 9 couples belonging to the health area of "30 de Noviembre" Polyclinic in Santiago de Cuba was carried out from January, 2010 to December, 2012, with the aim of identifying the man's preconcepcional reproductive risk factors and their impact on the woman's reproductive health and their descendant. In the case material, the toxic habits, intrafamily violence, not using condom, as well as the extramarital relationships influenced negatively in the couple's reproductive health; while, the knowledge that men had on the Preconcepcional Reproductive Risk Program was inadequate.REFERENCES
