ABSTRACT
A 68 year old patient, male, white skin and previous heath diabetic history is presented, he goes

increase of moderate volume in the brachial biceps muscle of the right arm associated to pain.
Initially it was diagnosed as an original infectious lesion which never improved to the antibiotic
treatment. Two weeks later he returns for progressive increase of volume and pain of the lesion,
besides discreet functional impotence. It is consulted with the Cuban surgeon and he advice a
cytological biopsy by puncture, which reveals the presence of malignant cells, after that it
decided to practice him an incitional biopsy which diagnosed was a Pleomorphic
Rhabdomyosarcoma doing total surgical exceresis, the most frequent characteristics were
exposed, presentation forms of this illness and some prognostic factors. Final conclusions are
given and the literature is consulted.
