ABSTRACT
Renal diverticulum are cystic cavities surrounded by transitional epithelium enclosed by the renal parenchyma. The incidence has been reported at approximately 4.5 for every 1,000 intravenous pielograms, without sexual preference. Urinary stasis or obstruction can form stones inside the diverticulum. Approximately 35% of patients with renal diverticulm may present stones. We will present a case report of a total endoscopic management of diverticular stones and diverticulum in the superior calyx of the right kidney.
