ABSTRACT
The mycosis fungoides is the most common form of primary skin lymphoma from T-cells, belonging to the non-
Hodgkin lymphoma group. There are few reports associating skin T-cell lymphoma and another malignancy especially
with lymphoproliferative disorders of different lineage. Possible explanations for this coexistence of different lineage
neoplasias include the immunoreactivity caused by the presence of the first cancer cytokines promoting the different
lineage lymphocyte cells malignant transformation, a genetic predisposition, the presence of oncogenic viruses,
immunodepression to the previous oncological treatment, etc. This is a case of a patient presenting mycosis fungoides
after the treatment with chemotherapy and radiotherapy for Hodgkin lymphoma.
