ABSTRACT
We describe the case of a patient diagnosed with dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa. With the following oral lesions: microstomy, enamel hypoplasia, gingivitis, mouth ulcers. The treatment consisted of nonsurgical periodontal therapy, endodontic, and prosthetic rehabilitation. After treatment the oral tissues showed a significant improvement in the control of signs and symptoms of the disease after the hygienic phase of periodontal and full rehabilitation of mouth
