ABSTRACT
Extramammary Paget’s disease is defined as an adenocarcinoma of sweet apocrine glands; it is an uncommon disease that mainly affects women between 50 and 80 years of age. In this article we show the case of a 64 year old female patient with perineal chronic dermatosis who was diagnosed as extramammary Paget’s disease. She was treated with wide surgical resection, with good postsurgical evolution.
