ABSTRACT
The Giant Condyloma is a locally destructive verrucous lesion on the penis or genital and anal regions, often with a high rate of recurrence. It is produced by the human papilloma virus, sometimes associated with squamous cell carcinoma of the penis.A case of penile Condylomata Acuminata large and their clinical condition and treatment. Patient 28 years of age, black race, rural and African origin, who attends the query Chitungiwiza Dermatology Hospital in Zimbabwe in May 2012, who presents two giant tumors on the penis of six months on evolution.
The patient reported practicing unprotected sex and physical examination showed two tumor lesions approximately 3 cm in diameter, cauliflower-shaped covering the glans and the second injury of the same diameter at the posterior penis side.
The patient evolution treatment was not the usual, because of the large size of the lesions and an urologist consultation was decided, subsequently underwent skin biopsy and other studies.
