ABSTRACT
Tutorship is a key element for success in the formative work with college students, because it is carried out not only in the preset time, but also in any school space and time. Tutor is each professor whenever interacting with their students. This educational model that incorporates tutorship as an organizational form of the teaching process is so new that there are not sufficiently systematized theoretical and practical referents in Municipal Medical University allowing to specify and conceive with systemic approach the modes of action of the teacher-tutor; therefore, the purpose of this paper is to answer some of the questions commonly asked by teachers-tutors in their work of educational guidance to sixth year-medical students from Pinar del Río.REFERENCES
