ABSTRACT
The estimated incidence of cervical uterine cancer in pregnancy is 1 in 1000 to 5000 pregnancies. Screening, diagnostic and treatment procedures are adapted to the gestational age in which the diagnosis is made, but are generally based on the guidelines used in not pregnant women.
The following report presents the case of a 38 year old patient with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade III and a 6 weeks of gestation pregnancy, which dictates expectant management with close colposcopic monitoring, which and the end of the pregnancy had undergone complete remission.
