ABSTRACT
A 47-year-old woman presented with a crater-shaped, symmetrical, sharply demarcated, erythematous tumor or 27 mm diameter that developed within 3 weeks at the paranasal zone. Results from a biopsy were compatible with the clinical diagnosis of keratoacanthoma. Because the diameter and the localization the tumor was removed by radiotherapy.
