ABSTRACT
Forty-two year old female presents with upper gastrointestinal bleeding. She had a surgical resection of a retroperitoneal tumor of unknown origin, thirty two years ago, treated with numerous sessions of radio and chemotherapy, multiple blood transfusions, in remission until last control two years ago. She has Hepatitis B and C with cirrhosis and portal hypertension. One year of lumbar pain. Endoscopy was performed: 2 lesions detected: 1 in de esophagogastric union with 2 visible vessels which were injected with sclerosing agents and 1 more without evidence of active or recent bleeding.
