ABSTRACT
Epidermodysplasia verruciformis is a genetic disease, inherited in an autosomal recessive mode. Patients cannot structure an adequate immunologic response towards EV- specific HVPs, some of which have an oncogenic potential; this heterogeneous and specific group of virus can induce, between teen-age and child’s, a chronic and disseminated infection. There is no effective therapy known until now. We describe a 44-year-old men with diagnosis of epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EV).
