ABSTRACT
Sporotrichosis is a uncommon mycoses subcutaneous caused by a dimorphic fungus named Sporotrix schenckii. The localized cutaneous type and lymphangitic type are the most frequent clinical presentations. We present a case of
lymphangitic sporotrichosis, which required eleven months to be diagnosticated. We comment the evolution and we try to remark the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of the disease, in order to improve the diagnoses.
