Swimming pool granuloma with sporotrichoid spread

ABSTRACT
Aquarium granuloma is a chronic disease caused by Mycobacterium marinum, it is isolated in fish tanks, swimming pools and aquariums, characteristically the lesions shows nodule or ulcers, the lesions are usually single, however sporotrichoid distribution may present, a case of sporotrichoid pattern is here presented in a man of 33 years of age with history of cleansing a fish tank.
