ABSTRACT
Swimming pool granuloma is a granulomatous chronic skin disease caused by Mycobacterium marinum, an atypical slow growth mycobacteria that habits in water from swimming pools and tank fish and penetrate into the excoriated skin. We present the case of a teenager female patient with diagnosis of swimming pool granuloma with sporotrichoid spread and a brief review of the literature.
