ABSTRACT
This is a 58 year old male patient with a ruptured thoracic aortic aneurysm in shock. Aneurysm exclusion was performed without sternotomy. Hybrid vascular procedure was performed with endovascular aortic Stent grafts and an extra-anatomical bypass for the supra-aortic trunks. We share this report as an alternative in this kind of serious emergency.
