ABSTRACT
Cutaneous pseudolymphoma is a term used to describe skin lesions that bear a clinical and/or histopathologic resemblance to lymphoma. One of the most challenging issues concerning cutaneous pseudolymphoma has been the nature of their relationship to the true lymphomas. The spectral paradigm for cutaneous pseudolymphomas and associated lymphomas has several important implications for their diagnosis, management and pathogenesis; given this all patients should maintain regular clinical follow-up.
