Large-plaque parapsoriasis. Report of two cases

ABSTRACT
Parapsoriasis en plaques (large-plaque type) is a premalignant condition capable of developing into cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL). However, it is not known whether the early stage of CTCL can be distinguished from parapsoriasis en plaques. It is report two cases of large-plaque parapsoriasis. Case 1 patient female of 31 years-old, for ten years of develop. Case 2 patient male for ten years of develop, for progression to cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.
