ABSTRACT
Granuloma faciale is an unusual illness, of unknown aetiology, characterized by nodules of number, size and variable color, in exposed areas of the skin, frequently with bad answer to the treatment.
We report the case of a 43 year old female patient with diagnoses of granuloma faciale by biopsy, with spontaneous
remission.
