ABSTRACT
The epidermoid cyst is the most common “benign tumor”, it’s generally localization in sebaceous areas and lest common in the extremities. We report a case of a female patient of 92 years old, with a neoformation in the right hand’s dorsum, without symptoms and large evolution and that histological was a epidermoid cyst.
