ABSTRACT
Harvesting the semitendinousgracilis
autograft has always been a challenge. Numerous
techniques have been described, most of
them using a needle. The boyfriend catcher technique
or hitch is a quick, useful, safe and needlefree
technique that does not harm the tendon and
avoids punctures.
