ABSTRACT
The human communication was born with the appearance of the man, at the beginning by means of calls, gestures, later by images, drawings, as samples are the respective paintings. Most of the cultures have influenced in the development of the writing, as we can see by the discoveries of the remains found, for example, since the birth of the cuneiform writing from the years 3000 before Christ, followed by the hieroglyphics of the Egyptians in the various papyri, form the best known the Ebers 1550 before Christ, Edwin Smith in 1650 B.C. The Greeks brought the 5 vowels, the Chinese with the discovery of the paper. In Mesoamerica, the Mayan with their 700 glyphs of the third Century B.C., their calendar, etc. The Mexica codices, of “Sahagun” and Badiano or Badiano’s Cross, in Latin “Libellus de Medicinalibus” in 1552 for the Martín de la Cruz. The discovery of the printing by Johannes Gutenberg in 1436 changed the world. In the Middle Ages the xylography was used. In 1665 appeared the first scientific journal, “Journal des Scavans” and in 1679 the first medical “NouvellesDécouvertes”, both were edited in Paris by Nicolas de Blegny. In the eighteenth Century there were 55 German magazines, 4 British, 3 French, 1 in the American Continent. In Mexico 1797 with “Mercury flywheel” of Jose Ignacio Bartolache and Díaz Posadas. The modern communication begins with the telegraphy, followed by the telephony, radio, TV up to the Internet. The magazine of the Hospital Juárez was born on November the eleventh, 1912. Eighteen years before it was legally formed the medical society of the Hospital Juárez and up to now it has been a way of diffusion, partially interrupted by the earthquakes in 1985, in its evolution it has been modified on its cover and name, keeping its current presentation since 2002. The magazine is compiled in the index of the biomedical journals Imbiomed and index-linked by LILACS. Due to its 100 years of existence, we can make reminiscence to exalt it and we consider that the history links us to the past, strengthens us in the present and prepares us for the future.REFERENCES
