ABSTRACT
Ecrine poromas are benign neoplasms, which differentiate toward the acrosyringium, the intraepidermal portion of the ecrine sweat duct, being palms and soles the most frequent sites. We present the case of a 47 year old female patient with an exophitic pigmented lesion on the thigh.
