Double inoculation sporotrichosis. A case report

ABSTRACT
Sporotrichosis is a deep mycoses, in which the causal organism is Sporothrix schenckii, this mycoses affect frequently countrymen, gardeners, florists and carpenters. The etiology agent enter for skin through little hurts or flayings producing by vegetables or bytes of animals or pricked of insects. There are three clinical patterns in this disorder: lymphatic, fixed patch and systemic, each one with particular clinical features. The diagnostic is make starting for the clinical features, culture and histopathology and the more effectiveness treatment is iodide potassium, although there are another alternatives such as: itraconazole, fluconazole and terbinafine.
