Embarazo heterotópico. Presentación de un caso

ABSTRACT
The heterotopic pregnancy is the gestation twin biovular in which a deployment is intrauterine and other extrauterine. The risk
factors are assisted reproduction techniques, pelvic inflammatory disease, ectopic pregnancy, inducing ovulation, fertilization
in
vitro, oral contraceptive use, intrauterine insemination, abortions resent holding, pregnant and old promiscuity. The most frequent
location of implantation is extrauterine: tubaric, abdominal, cervical, ovarian and intramural. It describes a case of women in 38
years, with pregnancy heterotopic tubaric broken, on the tube right, associated with an egg died and retained intrauterine.
Discussed aspects such as risk factors, frequency, diagnosis and treatment.
