ABSTRACT
Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus is an inflammatory skin disease of unknown etiology. Extragenital lesions occur less frecuently and are usually confined to upper trunk and extremities. We report two cases of extragenital lichen sclerosus et atrophicus affecting upper and lower extremities.
