ABSTRACT
Porokeratosis is a disorder of keratinitation characterized histologically by the presence of a compact column of parakeratotic cells termed cornoid lamella. Clinically five forms are recognized. Lesions may be familial, being inherited as an autosomal dominant trait with reduced penetrance. We present an evidence of these reduced penetrance in two members of a family.
