ABSTRACT
Solid pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas is arare entity of the exocrine pancreas represents only 1-3% of pancreatic neoplasms of uncertain biological behavior, women are regularly in the second and third decades of life, with very low recurrence, the etiology remains unknown, since he may not be related to female hormones, and translocation mutations ha ve been found related to β-catenin or alterations in 5q 22. Surgical resection of the lesion in most cases is sufficient for treatment. This study was conducted in the case of a woman aged 35, was found in panc reatic injury, which with conventional techniques in pathology was diagnosed as solid pseudopapillary tumor (TSP) of the pancreas secondary battery was made of 17 antibodies immunohistochemistry (progesterone receptors, estro gen receptors, HER2/neu, β-caten in, etc.), as reported in the 1iterature as reagents forthis tumor which was obtained by variable reactivity, notas reported. lt stresses the realization of H ER2/neu in this case which was not reactive. We suggest the implementation of this antibody in later series and thus assist in treating this condition.
