ABSTRACT
The Perianal Bowen’s disease is slightly common, that corresponds to a malignant dyskeratosis or epidermoid intraepithelial neoplasia, that remains a lot of time in a pre-invasive state. Inside the modalities of treatment, the local wide split with free limits of surgical section of neoplasia is the one that seems to have the minor index of recurrences. Nevertheless, the patient must surrender to a protocol of follow-up before the possibility of local recurrence.
