ABSTRACT
Cancer in pregnancy has an incidence of 0.07-0.1%. The most common types of cancer associated with pregnancy are: breast cancer, endometrial and cervical cancer. Synovial sarcoma is a well-defined neoplasm that usuall y occurs in extremities of adolescents and young adults showing that has a relationship with the joints, especiall y the knee. Pregnancy has no effect on the clinical behavior of sarcomas and is not indicated termination of pregnancy where they occur both si multaneously unless there is still a high-grade sarcoma.
