ABSTRACT

The so called cyst of Nuck is consequence of a congenital inguinal hernia product of its persistence. While in the man this process can originate small cysts that later form hydrocele in scrotum, in the woman the vaginalis tunic can originate in the denominated “channel of Nuck” hydrocele or cyst of the conduit of Nuck. The pursuit of two ilustrative cases of feminine patients with cyst of Nuck is reported.
