ABSTRACT
Drugs can induce adverse reactions at normal dosis and skin eruptions are often cutaneous manifestations of drug-induced reactions. Secondary reactions can be immunological and no immunological, and can coexists with adverse drug interactions. Diagnostic must be clinical, and we can help us with laboratory, in vivo and in vitro, exclusion-induction test and histopathology, they can suggests which drug reaction can be implicated.
