Graft versus host disease

ABSTRACT
Graft versus host disease is a clinical syndrome characterized by cutaneous changes, liver and gastrointestinal dysfunction. Within the cutaneous manifestations four grades have been described, toxic epidermal necrolysis being the worst of them. This is a brief review of this topic.
